  I bought my mum a voucher for Mothers Day worth £52 to cover a facial. She lost it not long after & didnt want to tell me incase I was upset, when she found it again the date had passed with it only being valid for 6months. I called hoping they would honour the voucher as we had physical proof that I had paid them the money but I was told "the dates on there for a reason". Disappointed that my mum misses out over a genuine mistake and Ive paid quite a bit of money for nothing. Wont be returning, will buy my mum C****** vouchers in future as they have fantastic customer service.
